Recover Disabled Facebook Account

Method 1. By Recovering a Self Disabled Account.
Step 1. Log into the Facebook website. Type in https://www.facebook.com/. This website will open your Facebook home page.
Step 2. Input your email address or phone number. Type it in the “Email or Phone” text box located at the upper right side of the page.
Step 3. Type in your Facebook password. Type the password which you use to log in to Facebook at the “Password” text box to the right of where you typed in your phone number or email address.
Step 4. Select Log In. At the upper right side of the Facebook page. And by doing so, it will take you to your account if it’s still accessible.
Step 5. If prompted, select Cancel Deletion. If your account was nominated for deletion, select the Cancel Deletion button to proceed to your Facebook account. Afterwards, you can now resume using your Facebook account.

By Submitting an Appeal
Ensure that your Facebook has been disabled. Go to the Facebook website at https://www.facebook.com/, enter your email address and password, and click Log In. And If you see a message which states “Account disabled”, your account is being blocked by Facebook, which means you can send in an appeal.
If you are able to open your Facebook account normally, your account isn’t disabled.
Steps to Take
Step 1. Log into your Facebook account which has been disabled” page.
Step 2. Tap on submitting an appeal. The link is just close to the “If you think your account was disabled by mistake, please” text that is located near the bottom of the section. The appeal form will then open.
Step 3. This form will open a page that will ask you to log out, close your browser and afterwards reopen it. And you may also have to clear your browser’s cookies before you can go further.
Step 4. Type in your phone number or email address. Type in the email address or phone number which you use to log into Facebook into the “Login email address or mobile phone number” field located close to the top of the page.
The email address or phone number you will type has to be an email address or phone number to which you can access.
Step 5. Type in your name. Enter the name which you use on your Facebook account into the “Your full name” box. And it may be different from your legal name.
Step 6. You will afterwards Upload a picture of your ID. It can be a driver’s license, a learner’s permit, or a passport.
Step 7. Type in your info and details for your appeal. And in the “Additional info” icon, located close to the bottom of the page, you can write any extra info you think Facebook should know about.
Step 8. Click Send. It is located in the bottom right side of the form. Your appeal will be sent to Facebook. They will send you a message letting you know that your account is now available to access if they decide to revoke the request.
