    As I said about maintaining a long-lasting relationship, you should use a real name for the recipient to look up. And that will tends to cut out a stiff relationship between business and customers but to have friendly communication.

    Also very important is that you should make the newsletter open and thus have a link to unsubscribe. Do not feel bad that after an effort to bring them in, rather this will get you genuine and interested people around your brand
